How quickly can I get started?

You can create your first invoice in under 5 minutes. Sign up, add your company info, and start invoicing. No setup fees, no complicated configuration.

Do you charge transaction fees?

Credit card processing has standard fees (2.9% + 30¢), which is industry standard. We don't add any extra fees on top of that. Your monthly subscription is all you pay us.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. If PipeBill isn't right for you, cancel with one click from your account settings.

What if I need help getting set up?

Just email or call us. We'll walk you through everything step-by-step. We can even help you import your existing customer list if you're switching from another system.

Do you offer training for my team?

Yes! We offer free onboarding calls for Business plan customers. Professional and Starter plan customers have access to video tutorials and email support.
